Taylor Jenkins Reid
\’s bestselling novel
Carrie Soto Is Back,
Which the streamer has acquired for growth.
The series will be developed in collaboration with Williams’ production company, Nine Two Six. It aims to adapt Reid’s 2022 book, centered around a former tennis pro making a comeback for their last competitive year. As per Deadline, aspects of Williams\’ personal journey will also inspire the show, set to be penned by writer Amanda Kate Shuman.
Williams, who is 43 years old, announced the news via an Instagram Story where she posted a screenshot from the Deadline article and also tagged her production company.
