The star was apprehended at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area at the Mill Base Lodge parking lot on April 8, approximately at 2:00 p.m., following a report about Osment\’s disruptive behavior on the slopes, according to the police source.

Sergeant Jason Heilman verified for Velvet Voice, “He has been arrested and is no longer being detained.\”

\”On April 8th, the charges leading to the arrest were public drunkenness and possessing a controlled substance,\” Heilman informed Velvet Voce earlier on Wednesday.

Osment wasn\’t indicted on the charges filed. The Mono County District Attorney\’s Office hasn’t announced whether Osment will face charges. The incident is still under investigation.
