St. Clair also shared the name of their newborn son publicly for the first time:

Romulus, abbreviated as \”R.S.C.\” in legal papers, came into the world in September 2024, approximately five months prior to St. Clair initiating a paternity case against Musk, seeking full custody rights.

She mentions that the proposal was made through Musk\’s long-time close associate.

It\’s claimed that Birchall reached out to St. Clair immediately following the childbirth and advised her to remain quiet about it. According to her statements, the proposal did not cover essential aspects such as safeguarding the child\’s health, providing security measures, or establishing a trust fund should Musk pass away.

A Pregnancy in Hiding

She mentioned that Romulus was conceived in January 2024 when Musk was on vacation in St. Barts. She said they had discussed having children previously, and during their first encounter, Musk asked her to “choose a name.”
