According to a recent behind-the-scenes clip shared by Marvel, this daring move wasn’t performed by a stand-in; rather, it was truly Florence Pugh herself diving from what turns out to be the second-tallest structure globally.

The footage depicts Florence Pugh along with a stunt crew getting ready and executing a scene where she drops from the edge of Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This skyscraper stands at an impressive height of 2,227 feet and ranks as the highest structure globally except for the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

To many of us, an experience such as this might typically induce fear and could even serve as a complete deterrent. However, for Florence Pugh, the leap was notably among her top anticipations for the film. She exclaims with enthusiasm, \”I adore being up high! The excitement started from the moment I laid eyes on the opening page of the screenplay.\”

\”Thunderbolts*\” will premiere at cinemas starting May 2, 2025.
