Nikol informed us that Novak passed away Wednesday morning at a Southern California board and care facility due to natural causes.
The legendary actor who had a long-standing career in Hollywood endured many injuries throughout his time in the entertainment industry… mainly because he insisted on performing all of his own stunts and fight sequences. However, as stated by Nikol, he experienced constant pain—especially over the last several years—due to the physical toll taken during those intense scenes captured on film.
Novak is most recognized for portraying the precise-shooting sniper Stick — distinguished by the matchstick he holds in his mouth — in the legendary 1978 Bruce Lee movie \”Game of Death.\”
