Netflix has released three new preview images from

, it\’s a new adult animated comedy from acclaimed director Genndy Tartakovsky (

) stating that it will launch on the platform on Wednesday, August 13.

Narrates the tale of Bull, a typical well-behaved canine who finds out he will undergo neutering the next day. Realizing the significant change this brings, Bull understands that he must embark on one final escapade with his close-knit group of doggy buddies since they have only about 24 more hours together before things get serious. How much trouble can they stir up…?
In an explanation detailing the rationale behind the selected animation style,

And regarding how the project developed over time, Emmy-winning creator Craig Bartlett stated, \”I\’m fond of cartoonish and overstated animation, so I had a clear idea of the style I wanted to pursue, which primarily involved adjusting the level of exaggeration. Initially, we aimed for an R-rated approach.\”

, once we delved deeper into it, it organically evolved into something more cartoonish and distinctive. I believe it started to truly come together when we had the good fortune of bringing aboard some of the finest 2D animators from across the globe.\”
Tartakovsky and Jon Vitti wrote the screenplay based on a story developed with Steve Greenberg and Rich Lufrano. The movie features an ensemble cast including Fred Armisen, Bobby Moynihan, Beck Bennett, Michelle Buteau, and River Gallo. Michelle Murdocca served as the producer, alongside co-producer Christian Roedel, under the banner of Sony Pictures Animation.
